Bartlett Refrigeration
Bartlett sell and service a wide range of Air-Con, Refrigeration and Catering equipment for both commercial and domestic use.
Challenge
Bartlett Refrigeration employ 95 staff in 4 branches across the South West. As well as the design and supply of equipment, Bartlett also offer service contracts with their products, which means they run a busy maintenance and repair team. Particularly with commercial refrigeration and air conditioning, you cannot afford waste time, you need to get the right engineer to fix the problems quickly. Although Bartlett were using another tracking system, it didn’t give them the functionality they needed to fully meet the needs of the customers. So when the contract came up for renewal, Bartlett decided it was time to consider the alternatives.
Solution
Bartlett knew exactly what they wanted a system to do, so when iTracking made contact, they were quickly able to get to the nub of the issues that Bartlett were having. Result
Since installing TomTom, Bartlett haven’t looked back. The easy to use webfleet management tool shows Bartlett exactly where engineers are working and when a new job comes in, they are able to quickly send the nearest and most relevant engineer to the answer the call. The system also helps keep track of private mileage and monitor driving behaviour, as well as keeping track of the servicing schedules of each vehicle in the fleet.
